3. Free Trial Policy

Aqar Pilot may offer a 7-day free trial for eligible subscription packages.

The trial period begins when your subscription is activated or as otherwise stated during checkout.

You may be required to provide valid payment details to start your trial.

During the trial, you may access the features specified for your selected package.

Unless otherwise stated, the trial applies only to the subscription fee and does not cover third-party usage charges, messaging fees, voice AI usage, or other separately disclosed costs.

When the trial ends, your selected paid subscription will begin automatically if you have authorized recurring billing, unless you cancel before the trial expires.

The applicable subscription price and billing frequency will be disclosed before you confirm your subscription.

Free trials are subject to eligibility requirements and may be limited to prevent repeated or abusive use.

If no payment method is required or automatic billing has not been authorized, a paid subscription will not be initiated automatically without the required authorization.

4. Subscription Fees and Payments

Aqar Pilot offers subscription packages at the prices displayed on our website or communicated through an authorized sales representative.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

AI tools do not guarantee sales, leads, appointments, customer satisfaction, or business growth.

You are responsible for reviewing important customer-facing workflows and configuring automation appropriately.

AI-generated information should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice where specialist judgment is required.

You should provide human assistance when a situation requires human review or intervention.

You remain responsible for the business decisions you make and the communications sent through your account.

9. Customer Data and Privacy
